Employment at Checkpoint Flooring

Thank you for your interest in joining checkpoint flooring solutions! We are a retail flooring store based in clearwater, Florida and we are always hiring quality flooring professionals to join our Team.

We hire both employees and sub-contractors.

Sub-contractors are required to have the following:

• Be registered with the state of Florida
• Be workman's comp exempt or have workers compensation insurance
• Have appropriate transportation for your trade
• All necessary tools to install your flooring type
• Smartphone
• Liability insurance

For all qualified installers, we can help you with this process, both sub-contractors and employees work together as a team! We offer weekly pay, direct deposit each Friday, we provide most installation supplies and offer competitive pay.

Employees must be over the age of 18, prior experience is not required you can learn while working and grow. Must have your own transportation to and from job sites or get to a predetermined location to ride with us. Must have a clean driving record to drive company vehicles, be able to work a flexible schedule, some travel will be required, some weekends are required, must be able to follow directions precisely and you must be a team player.
